Upper management is a joke- uses lay off threats as "motivation". No raises, yearly bonus (if any) is so slight it is hardly worth the paperwork. Raises are unheard of, yet upper management seems to be find extra money for themselves. Physical location is awful- near a prison and prostitutes are seen weekly, building is in a warehouse type setting with barely any windows.

Salaries are low and hardly match performance, credit is rarely given where it’s due, management is full of self-serving micromanagers who don’t care about their employees and use fear of punishment to drive productivity. They are slave drivers who expect yes-men. Anyone who challenges the status quo is put on probation or fired. Most people work ridiculous hours but are never given overtime pay. HR is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. They have no respect for personal boundaries. Individual growth and creativity are suppressed. Suggestions for improvement are often scoffed at or ignored.
