      Stable Company with Great Culture

      Pros

      The company remained stable during covid-19 shutdown period and looked after its staff. Our office opened recently and Shri is a great leader who brought a great wave of energy in the office. Its absolutely refreshing and inspiring to see very clear directions from our leadership. I think people love to work for a leader who leads from the front and Shri's leadership style is very promising.

      Good opportunities for Engineers, good Covid policy

      Pros

      Company not forcing the employees to work from office and supporting remote work and more family time. Good policy on transfer to Engineering department. Some teams are more stressed than others but overall nice culture. Shri is a great mentor, one reason to stay here.

      Cons

      Salary is good only in a few departments like Engineering but other departments are behind the market

      Pros

      The company is serious about paying its people at the ongoing market rate and some are getting more than that now. Shri has made a real difference in the Auckland office and people are enjoying working under his leadership. People now feel that the company really wants to look after its employees. It is a good time to join the company!

      The US management seems disconnected
