      Pros

      Great co-workers and amazing community. Library has a nice budget and encourages opportunities for creativity and growth. Administration feels like they do their best for staff, and take motions for improvement

      Cons

      There's some problems with space for staff, and not many opportunities for full-time or moving up, but there's been efforts to improve these.

      Depending on which department you work in, reasonable hours, paid vacation, paid sick, great community.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities to move up. Almost no opportunity to become full time.
