Good community focus, some excellent people and good health club.

Cons

Rampant favoritism. You pay is directly related to how much the CEO likes you. Only fair benefits. OK if you like Kaiser, if not, very expensive. Limited advancement opportunities. No commitment to the values they claim to hold.

Free gym membership, nice members.

Cons

This place tends to attract the lowest common denominator of workers. People who do as little as possible because there is no upside to working hard. No career growth, no financial rewards. Riddled with politics and turf wars with other Jewish agencies sharing the premises. When I was there, constant worries about fundraising and meeting budget. Negativity abounds.

You will experience drama at every single role and company. It is un-avoidable. This place included.
