The team, management, office atmosphere, and flexible mindset. Also - it's great to work in an "Impact" company that has the potential to do some good for this planet.

Professional and warm atmosphere, many growth and learning opportunities, company cares and invests in personal professional development, supportive team, exciting challenges, love it that it is international (London and Tel Aviv), amazing location within central Tel Aviv which is a plus and many more pros!
