Modern bank with flat hierarchy

Addiko is small but modern bank with flat hierarchy where everyone knows everyone and no one is unreachable. As small bank it also gives you opportunity to get involved in wide range if activities and not be just a specialist in one narrow field. People are friendly and the atmosphere is more like in some startup company than old fashion bank.

Cons

As small bank there is no much options to get easily promoted.
