      Pros

      Working at Addiction Pet Foods has been a really fulfilling experience for me. As a Product Manager, I’ve had the chance to lead exciting, purpose-driven projects that actually make a difference in the pet food space. The team is super supportive and collaborative, and I’ve always felt trusted to take ownership of my work. I enjoy the mix of creativity and strategy, and the global reach of the company keeps things fresh and engaging.

      Cons
