Pros

1. You will meet a wide range of fantastic people. 2. You will learn resilience. 3. Sales director is 10/10. 4. Socialising on a Friday, you get a free bevy, 5. Finish on time. You don't have to work through lunch if you're just starting, if you get promoted you will. 6. Diverse energetic department.

Cons

1. You apply thinking you're getting a BDM role. then you get an SDR on significantly less, then you get offered the job and it's min wage. It's a bit of a mission to travel to for anyone from Manchester, and the cost of travel makes it less attractive, 2. You never find out if the clients you sold to actually got the results. 3. You can hit all your targets and still feel like the entire sales floor has failed. The elephant in the room is the economy and lead quality but you can NEVER discuss. 4. One bad apple cause a Dominio effect in staff leaving and management ignored complaints. TIP - start the google digital marketing qualifications if you want to progress.
