      Worst company I have ever joined!

      Nothing that I know of.

      Cons

      Lots of cons: 1. Too much politics. 2. They give u a good salary in the offer but once you joined they will not give you any work and eventually blame you that you are overpaid. 3. Hire and fire system, no job security at all. 4. Every new employee join this company and leave in 2/3 months. 5. No hierarchy, poor management, and lots of communication gaps. 6. No flexibility at all, strict environment. 7. The company won’t sustain itself, in the long run, believe me, everyone in the organization wants to leave. 8. All the politics is played by CEO itself and blames others for that.

      Learning is exponential here, People are great and are supportive

      Cons

      You will cry blood for your appraisal. Suppose to happen in March but still waiting till July. CEO promises to backpay but not ideal for us. CEO is right in every case.
