Pros

Easy to get hired,weekly pay..

Cons

No benefits, they expect complete company loyalty but you are treated so bad everyone hates the company. You are not only treated bad by the management and owners but you are treated horrible by the sales reps that you take calls from. We are told that we can report them but you are not given the opportunity because you are constantly yelled at to go faster and faster but you had better not make a mistake.. Training consist of someone coming by your desk with a clipboard while you are on a call and saying here you are now responsible for this now sign off that you take responsibility for it. And that is it.. supervisors and management sit and send out messages constantly that pop up on your screen and Nick you out of the order you're working on yellingfor you to hurry up.. You are given a 30 minute lunch and maybe 5 minute break if you're lucky and you have to clock out for your breaks but are not allowed to have your phone on the off the clock break because it will make you late but there are no clocks in the building except on the computers.. The handsets we use are secured to the desk and you have to share. They were recently reported and now have to give us stuff to clean them with but we are always out of it And they wonder why everyone is always sick. You come into work and never know if you are going to be sent home many hours early or if you're going to be told you have to stay.. Your schedule and days off can change daily so you can never plan anything with your family. You are allowed 7 days off a year and they are unpaid that 7 days includes any vacation, emergency or sick days so if you take an unpaid vacation with your family make sure you don't get sick...

Pros

There are very few pros to list, if any. One or two decent upper-management staff does not make a good company.

Cons

Recently hired a new manager who is woefully inept. She has no answers of her own and is constantly referring people to other managers or supervisory staff. Burying your head in your laptop does not help with a building queue. And the handful of supervisors who know what they are doing are stretched way too thinly to compensate The site is awful, with a disgusting building and too few areas for growth. Agents consistently receive too few breaks and lunches and may not receive them at all due to abysmal scheduling. Upper management also asks people to stay well past their shift to attempt to stretch manpower. Turnover rates are atrocious with most new hires barely making the six month mark. I couldn't in good conscience recommend this place to anyone.
