      Small Company Feel, Big Company Attitude

      Pros

      Small team makes it easy to get to know everyone. Everyone is going through it together. Chance to learn many techniques.

      Cons

      Poor management. Terrible culture. Makes a lab of 10 chemists feel unimportant to higher ups. Consistently overbooked with work leading to due dates being missed. Every time the overworking comes up there is a company wide meeting on how to be more efficient.

      Fun and cool work, I enjoy the testing

      Short staffed, loads of work. Expect lots of OT, little time off. Low pay $15, hr No growth or advancement opportunities
