      Pros

      Flexible working life, very low stress, full of women, lots of progression opportunities and just an all round positive company to work for.

      Cons

      Too little stress to keep motivation up, can be repetitive and hybrid working life can be isolating for people who like working in teams. Hyper individual work.

      Hybrid working with flexy hours Benefits - (annual Art Pass, English Heritage membership, book allowance, allowance for WFH equipment, yoga and pilates classes to name a few) Everyone is friendly and welcoming Office is stunning and well equipped, free parking Supportive of employees developing skills and opportunities to advance Work trips in UK and abroad

      Cons

      Very flexible working hours not so great for someone who needs a more structured schedule to work well. Work ebbs and flows a certain amount due to waiting on 3rd parties to provide material, if delayed you could be twiddling your thumbs for a while or shuffled around different projects. Moving to a new project for even for a week takes usually at least 2 days to have you set up.
