This is without question the most dysfunctional, miserable, and outright toxic company I — and countless other employees — have ever had the misfortune of working for. Every single day here feels draining, demoralizing, and chaotic, with leadership creating an environment that destroys morale and pushes good employees to their breaking point. The CEO, is a nightmare to work. It is horrifying to be a part of. They treat their employees like trash and only praise themselves while the rest of the company is working from 6:00 in the morning until midnight. And that is still not enough for them— you will be verbally ripped apart by them the next day and paid well below industry standard while being worked to death. The burnout, favoritism for the sons, and lack of respect for employees is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in a so called “professional” environment. It is a miracle this company can even keep the lights on. If you care about yourself. Don’t work here.

Seriously - stay away from these people. They will bully and demean you in ways you wouldn't imagine. Completely surprised there has not been a class action suit against these fools for mass abuse to their employees. This small place has a history of high turnover in the HUNDREDS for the past few years. To those still there- walk out. Nothing about this mess is worth it.
