None. Litterally none, unless you like working slave wages. Co workers are great, upper management not so much

Work load was reasonable to manage.

Cons

Commission structure wasn't setup for the employee to make reasonable commission while company is making 10's of thousands a week in one store. Hard to motivate employees let alone keep them for a year or more when pay is inadequate.
