      nothing sees best here

      Micro management by CEO and his family. no professional ethics no value for talented professionals traditional way of doing things poor management no knowledged finance and management people in place. only words but no actions, no rewards n recognitions to the employees. No employment benefit and policies in place. the management itself dont wish to follow any standard policies so they dont implement as such. DO TAKE TIME TO REJECT THE OFFER OR EVEN AN INTERVIEW CALL FROM THIS COMPANY.
