Pros
If you're young and fresh out of school you can gain a lot of valuable experience here quickly.
Cons
Extremely stressful place to work for more senior employers. Engineers have to juggle numerous projects and management never pushes back against unreasonable demands from customers. After the company was acquired by Intertek the owners made out handsomely but it became a worse place to work for regular employees. Management is trying to outsource as much work as possible to cheaper employees in India but working with the Indian lab makes life harder for US employees.
