      Pros

      Strong training culture, with sessions and opportunities taking place regularly, and always encouraged by management to take part in these. Management who care and are willing to support all employees. Strong team culture - some of the best people I've ever met I know from working here. Career progression, with regular reviews with Team Leader to discuss how to achieve career goals.

      Cons

      Limited flexibility with remote work or working hours.

      Office environment was a great space to be in.

      Cons

      Considering no one knew what I in my job, it was appalling. Treated like you were expandable at any time. Upper management were fake.

      They never listen or value the new starters Bad management No support IT is very bad and u get blamed for issues you did not create Managers are the worst , they show zero empathy, zero understanding, and zero attributes of good manager, please do ur self favour and do not bother apply there unless the management change you would okay to try then
