Pros
Collaborative and fun working environment. I love the people I work with. My job gives me flexibility to meet the needs of both my work and personal life. Management cares and extremely supportive of me as a person and my development and my work is appreciated. Passionate and committed senior leaders to lead our company to success. New and great office facility with free access to gym. Weekly bagels from Panera.
Cons
Nothing really to complain about. Just on the personal side, commute is longer than my previous job but I can't complain since it's still only within 10 miles.
