Where do I start? There is a lack of diversity in the company which made it hard to thrive as a minority. I raised a concerns with management regarding the conduct of another employee, and not only was there no support but I was also reprimanded. There isn't a formal training process and have you learn the role on the fly from multiple specialists who all have separate SOPs. There isn't a ton of flexibility in your schedule and you have senior leadership micromanaging down your role. Lastly, because they are so small, the employees who have been there longer are "clicky" which creates an uncomfortable environment to share your opinion. I made a mistake selecting them over another company, don't do the same.

Small company equates to minimal growth/upward mobility, team and managers micromanage, middle school like culture, product offered to customers is archaic
