- Some management decisions can be incompetent and baseless - Can be easily burned-out; no work-life balance - Salaries are below average and below cost of living needs. Don't expect much of a raise - Some people were insufferable, but not all - ALWAYS changing and fast paced, which results in really bad decisions being implemented, dropping the quality of the job - Removed WFH
