      Pros

      I was forced to leave due to some family issues, but I really loved working here and did not want to leave. The company is family run and they are VERY passionate about the company. They will give you all the tools you need to be successful and want to ensure you are a satisfied employee. This is a rare and special location where the core value of Family Bond is unmatched. I would suggest this to anyone looking for a long term home. There is so much growth and opportunity here moving forward! it was legitimately heart breaking to leave. An amazing culture and atmosphere that is unmatched!

      Some miscommunication in terms of actions for continuous improvement and company vision from management to the floor. The company is really doing their best to ensure full employee satisfaction and sometimes that is not communicated to the floor.
