      Pros

      Family run company, flexible with training and learning a new position. Excellent health care plan.

      Cons

      Nepotism and every single family member and their spouse was in charge of a department. No chance for advancement. Treated you like you were doing something wrong all the time. Horrible pay, NEVER a raise!!!
