-PAY SUCKS( They feel like because they pay you slightly over minimum wage that you should be grateful. We work for a million dollar company that serves million dollar clients and get paid crumbs. Workload is doubled without notice and you are expected to no have input. Although they may ask for it, they really don't want it. They will just use your comments as their topic of their comical conversation to entertain themselves later.
-UNORGANIZED( SOPs?????? where? when? oh yeah...NEVER! except for the basics that include things like greeting, processing packages, and clocking in/out.
-NON PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT(Literally was trying to enjoy my lunch break and overheard management gossiping about front desk associates. I guess they didn't know I was there.)
-NO GROWTH(Haven't seen anyone get a raise or even a simple evaluation. Employees are reprimanded for sharing ideas with management on how to better the company. Then management stabs you in the back by presenting the ideas as if it were their own. )
-HAVE NO CARE FOR EMPLOYEES.(Employees have reported management for harassment and retaliation and HR pretends to listen and care and do nothing but just that. The employee turnover rate is so high it's ridiculous and i'm wondering why the CEOs have not stepped in. I mean, this is BAD for business.)
