      Pros

      A nurturing environment where you can map out your own success . You aren't micro-managed, but given room to thrive. The CEO is great, smart, kind and a risk-taker. Everything I admire.

      Cons

      You need to adapt fast, lots of learnings. So have to be switched on all the time.

      Supportive environment where employee growth is key

      Pros

      At ACELR8, employees are encouraged to grow and develop quickly. As an employee, I felt valued and that my personal and professional growth was of high importance to the business. The culture is very supportive, with a real sense of working together to achieve a common goal. As a Talent Partner working at a client's office, I was given a lot of responsibility and trust despite my relative lack of experience.

      Cons

      As is often the case with an early-stage startup, some processes are still undefined, meaning that employees must be comfortable with uncertainty and figuring things out for themselves (not necessarily a negative).
