Supportive Work Environment: From day one, I felt welcomed by my colleagues at Acetech. The team is collaborative, and everyone is always willing to help out when needed. Professional Growth: Acetech offers numerous opportunities for learning and development. I've attended several workshops and training sessions, all sponsored by the company, which have significantly enhanced my professional skills. Innovative Mindset: At Acetech, there's a genuine commitment to innovation. We're always encouraged to think outside the box and come up with fresh ideas, which keeps the work exciting and fulfilling. Work-Life Balance: I appreciate Acetech's understanding of the importance of work-life balance. Flexible hours and the option to work from home have made it easier for me to manage my personal and professional responsibilities. Team Leads: The majority of team leads are knowledgeable and supportive, guiding their teams effectively. Friendly Colleagues: Despite some challenges, the overall atmosphere is positive, with many colleagues being friendly and approachable.
Cons
COO's Attitude: The COO often comes across as arrogant and uninformed. There's a general sentiment that he doesn't fully grasp the intricacies of our work. Lack of Transparency: Management often seems to operate behind closed doors, leading to a lack of clarity about the company's direction and goals. Unfulfilled Promises: There have been several instances where promises made by management were not delivered upon, leading to frustration among employees. Salary Discrepancies: Some colleagues, despite not being as proactive or involved, receive high salaries. On the other hand, salaries for developers could be more competitive, reflecting the market rates and the value they bring.

Pros
It's one of the most flexible company I know of. You can choose to work from home or from office or even in between. In addition you have the possibility to further your knowledge tons of trainings and courses. Good working environment with friendly collegues.
Cons
Not too much cons. The only that comes to mind if you are choosing the office work, time to time it's a bit harder to find a parking spot in front, but usually you can find one on the street parallel to the office.
