Pros

- "Free" education conveniently comes with a two-year work bond attached. - The generous two-year completion bonus of $5,000 SGD is whittled down to a remarkable net of less than $500 SGD. - The company's business model ensures the bosses grow wealthier while you see your income dwindle. - The contract price of $6,600 SGD is split so that employees receive a percentage, resulting in a total income of $2,000 to $2,400 SGD (before deductions) from base pay and commission.

Cons

- Workers are compelled to write 5-star reviews on Google and Glassdoor - Salary deductions are a common occurrence - The company has a reputation for being highly cost-conscious - Two-year bonds require repayment of "study fees" between $20,000 and $30,000 if you leave the company early. The company targets individuals in need and uses persuasive tactics to bring them on board - Salary calculations are complex and unclear, making it difficult to understand how compensation and deductions are determined. - Salary deductions may exceed the actual salary earned, particularly if you miss workdays, potentially resulting in you owing the company money - The company is a family-run business, where the owner's children complicate the work environment. - Management is well-versed in MOM regulations and only offers the minimum benefits required by law. - Attempts to dispute company practices are futile, as the contract you sign contains clauses that prevent you from challenging them.

Pros

Nothing....good in the company.....I have no choice but to put 1 star...If no need to put ...I will not put even half a star..its that bad

The company is a B'S. .... 1.They promise one thing end up other... 2.it's a family business....Totally Cannot MAKE It. ... 3.they think the are always right...They are two toung snake... 4.the boss has nothing to do and like to watch the cctv to mark u and to cut your pay 5.they even force u to take 1 to 2 month unpaid leave because the boss do not like to see your face. And much more...

Hi, Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry for your bad experience with us. While we work very hard to provide a platform for young fresh graduates to kickstart and develop their engineering careers with us, unfortunately not everyone is suited for this programme. This programme requires keen, versatile, open-minded, self-driven fresh graduates who are ready to adapt to how quickly the AEC industry is changing. To clarify your statements: 1. As we are a Traineeship Programme, we employ fresh graduates and not everyone prove themselves to be job-ready. It seems you have been reprimanded by our MD for misbehavior and consistently poor performance, and was therefore left disgruntled. Due to our MD's nurturing tendencies, he will step in when he finds that a Trainee is not putting in his/her best efforts in learning on-the-job. He is otherwise very busy all the time, so it wouldn't make sense to be monitoring or targeting any particular Trainee at any one time. 2. CCTVs are installed for training audit purposes so that we can maintain the highest quality of training to be offered to our Trainee Engineers. We also do not practice pay cutting, unless disciplinary issues and misconduct have become out of hand after progressive disciplinary actions. There is usually no compelling reason to do so unless there is severe disciplinary issues with the Trainee. 3. As mentioned above, we practice progressive disciplinary action. For Trainees who refuse to be assigned on projects and choose to be disruptive in class despite repeated counselling/warnings, we advise them to take a break and reflect on how they should get their act together. 4. We wish to assure you that it is most certainly not because because "the boss do not like to see your face". We do not practice discrimination against physical appearance, and we are sorry that you feel that way. We seek your understanding that we also want to minimize class disruption to be fair to Trainees who are actually keen to learn. Once again, thank you for your review and feedback! We will continue to work hard in providing a platform for young fresh graduates to step into and carve a promising career in the AEC industry.
