The work atmosphere is often chaotic, paranoid, and management is disorganized. Turnover rate in this office is very high with a typical employee leaving after only 3 or 4 weeks of starting. Instructions were not always clear due to management's indecisiveness and ineffective delegation of work tasks. There is a lot of paranoia on the part of management. I overheard a manager once accuse an employee of stealing all the staplers from the office only to find the staplers in question located in a supply cabinet. The paranoia and lack of organization lends itself to a chaotic work environment.
