      Terrible Place to Work - DO NOT WORK HERE

      Pros

      There are no pro's to working here.

      Cons

      - Terrible culture with lots of drama, office politics, and mis-management throughout the organization. Particular functions (accounting) suffer the worst as the Controllers for both Accredo and Advance Polybag are inept. - No incentive to improve as the owners are stingy with raises, no formal bonus policy. - Most middle management and all of upper management and the owners are clueless, constantly - You will spend a good portion of your time talking about other people with management in a negative fashion. - The door is constantly revolving through people quitting and terminations. - Benefits are terrible and there is no effort by the company to invest in employees.

Over the years Accredo's culture had changed dramatically as employee engagement has been an increasing focus. Accredo had made many strives to improve the overall wellbeing of their employees. Our benefits have improved as the company has taken on more costs. A 401K plan has been added as well. Management has continued to change as the company now seeks external leaders who can provide alternative insights and best practices. Our Learning and Development team continues to develop new trainings for internal employees. Creating company growth trajectory plans is continually being reviewed and built out.       Pros

      New equipment, New technology, New facility

      Cons

      Family members cant get out of their own way. They don't respect people at all. They are just used and thrown away. Quality is poor and equipment is not maintained. All about how much you kiss up to owners.

      Working at a major flexible packaging printer

      Pros

      The company is growing exponentially and has invested millions of dollars in equipment and the facilities. The facility is cleaner than most and has good air quality in the production area.

      Cons

      Very high turn over due to 12 hour shifts, training issues, very strict attendance policy, low wage increases. Inadequate resources greatly affect the desired growth of company

Training and Develpment is very active is creating training modules to continue developing an employee's skill set. Wages have since been reviewed and we are far more completive with the current market.
