Pros

None that I know of. They're nice to you when you come in the office to register. That's about it.

Cons

Registering with them was a waste of time for me. Met with the recruiter, gave all my info, interviewed and she was very nice but I've been completely ignored since. Other agencies I've worked with in the past at least respond to calls and emails. Even if it's to say they don't have anything right now. During my interview the recruiter told me she'd look for things that matched my experience and background and to also let her know if I see any job postings on their website that interest me. I email her and she never responds at all.

Pros

good call back time. decent pay.

Cons

will place you in a job they know you are over qualified for in order to meet their quota, receive their commission. I was placed at a sub-par, vermin ridden company that paid about what I would be making if I were a teenager working part time after school. They didn't listen to my complaints of bug bites or poor management at the site and fired me indefinitely, rather unprofessionally, once I resigned from the job.

Pros

The company name on your resume.

Cons

I worked 2 plus years working out of the Fort Lauderdale office and I have seen it crumble into chaos and mayhem. Accounting Principals is an utter disappointment. Office politics and gossip takes center stage in place of actual work effort. Mangers have no actual production merits and scavenge commissionable dollars off all employees while Sr. management turns a blind eye. There is a sense of lawlessness in middle management as division managers exploit their way through the system above and beyond traditional corporate policy. There is no comradery between departments as division managers tyrannical reign and scavenging ways has lead to tension and divide within the office. What once started as a boutique staffing agency with average tenure 3 yrs plus is now a churn and burn with average tenure of less than a year. Employees are castrated with financial growth as current division directors become personally bothered by their subordinate’s’ financial success. Division directors do not take responsibility for their own actions as they are the primary culprits in abusing their power leisurely. Division directors initiate and fuel all office gossip and tensions as it is their strategy to build wedges within the office and create alliances that benefit them. HR is of no value and no use as multiple reports have been brought to HR's attention by various employees only to suffer retaliation by division directors. Division directors, through their personal insecurities target and retaliate against top performers in lure of running them out and assuming their book of business. Spearheaded by the directors, conversations of sex, racial discrimination and offering of drugs are common in the workplace- (Brought to HR’s attention with no resolution). There is no leadership simply dictatorship. Stay clear of this office and company.
