      customer service for SUB-PRIME Banking

      nice campus pretty trees and waterfalls

      Cons

      this was one of the worst jobs I ever had. No Support from Management. They do Not tell you that the people that get these types of accounts Cannot Qualify for a regular bank account so you have to educate consumers about Basic Banking (ie how to balance your check book!) calls were VERY ESCALATED and Management will not take a call even if customer asks for a manager. Management also would CHANGE THE SCHEDULE AND NOT TELL YOU and make you work MANDATORY OVERTIME

      Pros

      steady pay check better then being unemployed I will say that team members were very friendly and helpful I feel as if they don't realize that company are not suppose to operate in a mickey mouse way If you have no other options take the job but this is no where you can make a career

      Cons

      system not update disorganized in the department overloaded with work no 401k benefits no on sight manager , manger worked from home and only came into the office 3 days out of the month no consistency duties and job functions changed on a daily the most unprofessional working environment no merit increase
