J&J benefits for regular employees, fun events/parties, innovative products for a growing niche market in medical devices, good quartely reviews.

Cons

There seemed to be a bit of a culture clash that occured post acquisition. Several employees seemed unhappy with direction of company

There are office politics just like any other company. HR dept is a weak link.
