Changed benefits package and compensation plan month into tenure. Hire people only to fire them for frivolous reasons months later. Hate using the word "toxic" - but if there were ever a workplace culture and environment that could be described as toxic, this is it. Dishonest people.

Poor training. They do have a dedicated trainer; however, the training was unclear, and I was to begin making cold calls without a clear idea of what I was selling. Relied on shadowing another coworker! Impulsive leadership. Laid off an unknown number of employees due to "changes in large accounts." If a company is in a precarious place financially, one would assume they know that with more than four weeks' notice. Irresponsible to bring on new employees just to let them go so quickly.
