      Some employees really want to try and work through problems and are collaborative

      Cons

      Very specific culture, if you do not fit within the culture, it will be very hard to adapt Most people do not understand simple concepts such as validation or basic GMP

      Great insurance and benefits. Great 401k matching. Company takes care of their employees. Buys lunch for everyone on Mondays and Thursdays

      Bad upper management. Horrible planning and communication between departments. Very production focused but very little focus on doing things right.
