      The only pro is working with the team of drivers.

      Cons

      Vans are unsafe and falling apart. Corporate team is a joke. Overworked and underpaid Low moral Unachievable expectation

      Shady management and owners. Lies on payroll.

      Pros

      Get to be alone for the majority of day. Take a break if and when you feel like.

      Cons

      Lie about independent contractor status in order to over work employees. Then they falsify payroll documents to prove otherwise. Nepotism is ignored or rewarded.
