      Good for freshers as they can habituate the stress/pressure.

      Cons

      Very less pay worst HR policies Have to work till late nights. manager biased company cum micro management. Will make you to work on multiple projects at a time. No more personal life. Tricky games played by HR in the name of variable pay.(In any other organization, salary package will be discussed and then variable pay will be decided separately but here, they include your variable pay in your salary package for mentioning that they are providing you a higher amount of salary package.) complete desi feeling.       NONE at all. This is not a good choice. I could have given zero rating if that was an option.

      Cons

      • No car parking • No cafeteria • No management, they will say they are flat hierarchy but its really nil • The leads and managers think they are the king of the world, the lead will say anything in the name of feedbacks • They dont believe in professional stand up calls • They will ask you to make your own decisions and criticise you on your decisions • They dont believe in collaborative work • Everyone will try to sit in some or the other meeting room, show they are busy and focused and leave by 3:30 • The fun part is they want everyone in office without the basic infrastructure • They wont respect talent, they hire freshers and treat them like anything • They wont give you your final settlement, experience letter or basic respect • On raising concerns they will gang up and corner you and you will second guess yourself
