Disrespectful attitude from the owner (Judy), inconsistent protocols that changed from one day to the next, no handbook to refer to for questions, unethical practices, changes in pay without notice, no communication unless the company has questions, high staff changes,

Pros

-database easy to use and set up schedule -admins add driver time, rest break, and lunch so no need to add those appointments -Google is used for everything so it’s accessible -easy to get hours at first -remote work at home -easy to share and set up telehealth using Google meet -no HR just main owner to call the shots

Cons

-poor communication across management when transitioning cases or resolving conflict -lack of accountability when handling conflicts -favoritism -weird toxic culture. -policies and welcome packets are non existent -Cancellation policy for client is not clearly stated -mid tiers have bulk of hours but need more support -QA for billing to check in with staff to make sure they are supported. -team meetings or consults before team transitions -no HR just main owner to call the shots so get on her good side.
