Pros
So many exceptional people, lots of staff have outside social good/ social justice projects that they are involved in. Great internal work on gender and race DEI. Great at pushing progressive/ democratic messaging. An organization that makes widespread impact. Great benefits and PTO. Fun retreats.
Cons
85% - 90% of the central team has been there for about a year or less, so it's taking a bit for the stated company culture to filter down from the top to the newer leaders to their team. Perks aren't always as stated, depends on what dept you are in, each dept head manages their dept and people differently. Lack of transparency regarding the ongoing staff turnover.
