      Pros

      I think that the best part about working for AccelOne is that everyone's voice is heard. The management and executive teams are deeply involved with the employees and value input from every level. I think that the people who work here are kind, hard-working, and intelligent. The development team, in particular, is vetted through a rigorous selection process, which means we have really incredible people on our team. A few other notes: - Great HR program with options for training, educations, certifications, etc. - Collaborative environment where team members are brought into the decision making process - International company with really interesting US and South American based clients and projects - Transparent company, real-time communication, and relaxed atmosphere

      Cons

      There have been times of high-growth in which things can be quite busy for all of the employees. However, this is also exciting.

As a company we strive to have a transparent culture where employees are comfortable expressing their opinions and thoughts. In regards to the high-growth periods, it does become busy for all our employees especially since AccelOne is a growing company.       Pros

      Dynamic, modern company, oriented to transparency and results. BA office is amazing, but the cool factor is the team, all very senior guys, that like to share experience, and the team culture is based collaboration and problem solving. I've been in other similar companies and never learn so much in the same period of time.

      Cons

      Still an small company, so oriented to quality and transparency that it is not growing as fast as other more aggressive ("retail like") companies, anyway I personally prefer this style of company

      Great company with flexible schedule

      Pros

      Leadership has all been in the industry for years- you can learn from the best of the best. Work is remote, which is great. Ability to travel to meet with clients. Development team is top-notch.

      None that I can think of.
