Pros

- Co-workers are friendly and nice. - Office is in a nice area of Scotts Valley and right off the highway. - Good if you don't like to communicate with clients or customers. You can keep to yourself if you prefer. - Easy work once you get the hang of it (which takes just a few days). - Casual work attire and relaxed work environment

Cons

- Very low pay for the position, even in comparison to other jobs at same or lower levels in the area. - Job is very monotonous and people come and go. Expect to see people leave or new people nearly every other week. - While the office building is good, everything inside is very cheap, old, or dirty. The computers and software are very dated. - It seems that the company is on it's last legs and struggling to stay alive, morale is low. - Absolute no room for advancement. This is stated when being interviewed. They want people who are looking to just make money on the side, no career prospects period.

Pros

Been working here for a while and thoroughly enjoy it. If I had to sum it up in two words it would be: productive and communal. There is always work to be done which keeps me busy and not feeling bored.

Cons

Sometimes the work in front of a computer can be repetitive and daunting.

Great Place to Start Out

Pros

After reading about AcceLIM in an article, I felt compelled to come write a review of my time there on Glassdoor. I really appreciated that they gave me a chance to build my resume considering I was just starting out. Sure, the pay wasn't the best, but the benefits were great and made up for the difference. This place was a friendly office environment when I was there.

Cons

From what I remember, dealing with highway 17 on a Friday wasn't great. I was living in Santa Cruz at the time, so the fishhook sucked.
