Pros

CEO has big plans and big dreams and you can tell he is sincere. And there are some really great hardworking people at Acast that make the days better. The vision of the company is great, and the values, when followed are a great pillow to rest on.

Cons

There is a cloud of people working underneath the highest management, and they have a personal approach of making people feel less than their worth. So many people are miserable and looking over their shoulders because they worry that the target will be on them next. Some people can get away with anything. Some people cannot. And you will not know which one you are until it is too late. You are told that you can raise issues but are reprimanded when you do.

Pros

Nice office and office equipment

Cons

They completely destroyed my self esteem never being able to get back into the business. Bullying and if you don't deliver exactly what they want you're out. Some employees more valued than others. Team activities where you should thank other team members leading to very strange situations and feelings. Don't work here.

Pros

The people are really hardworking and knowledgeable.

Cons

Culture / salaries / lack of growth -- the culture is very much that of a startup that touts itself on being progressive and having a lot of "out of the box" perks, but really it creates a sort of Frat House type atmosphere where there is lots of favoritism and way too much invasiveness in one's personal life. Also, certain departments only promote or provide raises if you've been there for at least 3 - 4 years (and often times promote the title, with no actual monetary raise to go along with it). Not a terrible company but they 100% have a very long way to go in terms of "progressiveness"
