The employer is great, but they have a terrible manager.

Pros

Flexible work hours, cool CEO, multicultural team

Cons

Small company and wants to achieve a big goal but doesn't have the resources to do so. It's like asking for a diamond ring but only wanting to spend pennies. The manager appears to lack managerial skills and has limited knowledge about marketing tools and strategy

Pros

Fun and multicultural Friendly workplace

Cons

Very limited growth opportunity - the company has big dreams but is small, so there aren't many chances to grow. It's like they want to aim for the stars but can only afford a toy telescope. - always want a big catch but only want to use a tiny fishing rod The company doesn't care about customers and has unfair rules that hurt them. Teams in the company compete and brag about their accomplishments, which can be motivating. However, this has caused them to ignore the fact that their strategy is bad and hurting the company.

Pros

- International and multicultural team - Possibility to travel to program locations - Fun activities - Flexible hours - Nice office-well located - Fast-paced environment, great for a first job. Great to build experience and learn.

Cons

- A LOT of external rotation. - No clear growth path. - Micromanagement - Not customer-driven. unfair terms and conditions that affect customers. - Difficult targets that can be very demotivating - Not clear line between work and personal life. They hire a lot of international young professionals that have little to no connections in the city and this makes them to almost exclusively socialize with coworkers. - Co-founders seem not to care about employees and often blame others for poor decision-making.
