Pros
Company achieves well at its core competencies, and many members of management do good work. Staff members are dedicated and take their responsibilities seriously.
Cons
Executive management likes to boast a flat organizational structure and a caring and conscientious business philosophy. This is not the day to day practice. While the CEO is hands on and involved in the business, he is neither communicative nor open to input. Messages and directives are delegated like a typical org structure and meetings often include very thinly veiled passive aggressive threats of termination. Not a good work environment.
