A job that paid but never paid on time

1. I wanted to give no stars but that was not an option. Management is horrible and doesn’t care about employees. The work culture is toxic. Too many double standards and an abusive workplace. No professionalism, very problematic, lots of office drama, gossiping, yelling maliciously. There’s plenty of indirect communication, sending messages through others, with holding and misleading 2. Extremely long work hours with no overtime pay and no acknowledgement for your hard work. They expect you to work on weekend and give you unreasonable timeframe to finish your work. 3. Professionalism comes only when is convenient to them or whenever they ‘FEEL‘ like it. Micromanaging, tyrannical and demanding bosses that the company has designed to TRY to make you intimidated by them that can be mentally, emotionally and physically drained by end of day. 4. They are quick to point out if you make one mistake. They love playing the blame game and managers will not admit if they messed up and will find a way to blame you. No one knows what they're doing and there’s no company structure. 5. Turnover is high for a reason. This place is amusing and it’s unfortunate for some employees that may had gotten used to the toxicity of the environment. Everyone has to eventually decide what’s more important: your DREAMS or your DISTRACTIONS. This isn’t even politics anymore, it’s inhuman, tasteless and unauthentic.
