      There are none.... Well some of the people are great and friendly.

      Cons

      Everything... constantly being told to improve no matter how well you do. Being belittled is a daily thing just get used to it.

      Pros

      It was a pay check. Only because I had to put 5 words in here for a minimum.

      Cons

      No strategy on how to conduct business. Changed direction daily. Constant berating of employees and their abilities. Owner continually spoke highly of his abilities. Constant video surveillance and corrected for talking, restroom too much. People that stay have limited options. Abuse of power situations. No consistency. You will be lucky to be there 6 months Boss is okay if you do everything his way but will still blame you if fails.
