      The organization's mission is excellent!

      Cons

      The leadership team is extremely weak and there is very little accountability. This has created a culture where bad employees flourish and operations are chaotic.

      Amazing people to work with, can learn a great deal if you apply yourself, families were wonderful!

      Cons

      Many school systems have taken over the program and just aren't as knowledgeable about what they have taken on.
