- You are dealing with customers who are sick, hurt, or otherwise having problems. These people, by nature, will get emotional, and will blame you for everything. It is not fun to deal with this day in and day out for a long time.

- Turnover is very high. A lot of people do not make it past 90 days.
- Some workers are very clearly treated with more respect than others. This company knows how to push you exactly as far as they can get away with, so learn the art of pushing back appropriately.
- Understaffing is a constant issue and your workload and stress levels WILL be high, so you will need those 4 weeks of PTO.
- Promotion opportunities do exist, but they may or may not be the kind of positions you'll actually want to apply for. I am told work-life balance goes out the window if you ever become salaried.
- If you are used to working with good technology, you will spend most of your time angry.
