      Private Healthcare is good, covers PMH

      Cons

      0 moral, management constantly changing things and lying on important changes. No care for the employees and our opinions. Pay is really low for the workload. Contractual change without having the option to accept or any change to pay. Lack of communication.

      Overtime is paid well and always available

      Cons

      Toxic environment. You had to feedback your colleagues if they did not do something correctly. Only bed things are feedback to you. Micro management. Salary goes up a few pennies per year. Promotions are very unlikely unless you have a brown nose
