      Run for the hills!

      Pros

      Good learning experience for interns and individuals who have someone else paying their bills Unlimited PTO Perfect example of how not to run an agency.

      Cons

      Literally everything. Low pay, no order, no standards, no respect, no company culture, no opportunity for growth, low customer appreciation, low employee appreciation, poor work ethic, undervalue talent, poor business ethics, the list goes on.

We find it somewhat unusual that you did not voice these concerns while you worked here. Every employee has access to express his/her concerns peer to peer, to direct supervisor and to the CEO. We offer good compensation, benefits and are continuing to add more perks. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors

      - Flexibility and unlimited vacation - Amazing co-workers - Access to management with many years of experience - Exposure to different industries including Fashion, Retail, Healthcare, Finance and more . - Competitive Salaries and perks - Good relationship with Google, Facebook and other Publishers - Lunch & Learn opportunities - Potlucks, team outings including volunteering

      - No 401K, but we were told it’s going to be available by end of year.

Our focus - as we continue to grow – is to deliver the highest quality of work for our clients. In order to accomplish this, we will continue to provide our employees with the latest tools and training, open communication with management as well as hiring additional team members to bolster our team. Discussions are already underway regarding 401k with our goal to have it available by early 2020 for all full-time employees. This is definitely a year of growth and we are so happy to have you on the team!

      Not the best place to work

      Flexible work hours. Work from home days.

      Cons

      The worst leadership in an organization I've ever seen. They aren't making a very high profit so pay and resources are limited. It felt more like a start up when I worked there. Poor culture due to a ton of gossiping. Employees bad mouth and talk terrible about each other. Very high employee turnover, most people don't last longer than a year. Not very organized.
