You won’t want to stay more than 2 months. Environment is micromanaged to the point of exhaustion. 2nd tier management is not allowed to make any decisions without the approval from the CEO, even down to the smallest of details. Employees all have a negative attitude, which is very contagious due to the management style. I was employed with the company long enough to see a 50% turnover rate in the Atlanta office. You must also be willing to give up your personal time if you want to make it in the company. This company, under the current senior management structure, is an HR nightmare. Senior management also has an inability to make a decision and stick with it. If you don’t mind the added unnecessary chaos created by the owner, this is the right company for you. Otherwise avoid this company if you can. This company has the potential to become a major player in the telecom industry, but will never do so with the current senior management in place. I can honesty say that I would not come back even if they doubled my current salary.

Upper management is micro managing. Showing up in meetings of which were not invited. Deadlines are unrealistic to meet requirements set by others who are not developers which creates frustration and rushed work which leads to defects in the system which leads to unhappy customers. I also know that the higher reviews for this company have come from management asking for good reviews by employees.
