      No pros at all. it's totally disorganised company with no hierarchy and processes.

      Cons

      never ever join this company, they are big frauds. They even hire wrong people for wrong job profiles and make fake promises to them about changing their job roles just to gain more time from them so that their sales target can't get affected.

      nothing much except having some good clients

      can never grow in this company. too much politics. the ceo has nothing better to do then to micro manage the employees whether they are smiling or eating. have no trust for the employees at all. they will always treat you like you are going to run even for 2 days of leave. they are not at all ok with their employees leaving the company. worst company, worst culture. there is no work life balance at all. the top management many doesnt knw to talk english properly. never join in this company that too specially for internal requirement.
